Microsoft Surface Service Pack 1 was released today. The really important news is -
Surface Team will be tasked with developing a set of common gestures for multi-touch that will be used across Surface, Windows 7, and Windows Mobile.
Hopefully this means some of Surface’s cool applications make their way to Windows 7.

Another really cool example of using multi-touch in healthcare -
This is a customizable tool that lets kids with motor control problems due to traumatic brain injuries practice and rehab their motor skills. It also keeps records of progress and lets doctors create their own tests.

Wow. BumpTop is pretty cool. Its basically a desktop organizer for your PC that turns your screen into 3-D workspaces.
