Huge news out of Microsoft - Windows 7 is on track to be out in time for Holiday season 2009, and the RTM (release to manufacturing) will be in 3 months i.e. August 2009.

Microsoft has made a good move – they’ve removed their rather stupid 2.5 million downloads limit (it was actually keys, not downloads). Microsoft has extended the availability of Windows XP – both the 32-bit XP SP3 and 64-bit XP SP2 – to June 2009. This is for a few reasons -
