Edit: I’ll warn you beforehand that applying these themes requires some amount of changes – you have to download a program like WindowGlazz or UXTheme that allows you to change themes easily. These programs are not endorsed by Microsoft, and there is no guarantee of whether or not they install undesired programs along with their installs – so proceed with caution.

Here are some of the best Windows 7 themes I have found -

1. Windows 7 Theme for Vista- by Ganesh from India.
2. Windows 7 PDC Style for Vista – by GianniSgx89.
3. Windows 7 PDC Theme for XP- by Vishal Gupta.
4. Windows 7 Visual Style for XP- by Haran Hockey (this is a bit complicated – use the one above if you aren’t very technical).
5. Seven Skin Pack for XP – by Hamed. A very comprehensive collection.
